1. Choose an item, enter the quantity and press the 'add to cart' button to add the products to the shopping cart.

2. Click on the 'order' heading at the top right of the page to go to the shopping cart. In the shopping cart you can:

• View added products;
• Adjust quantities: when you adjust the number of products, click on the 'update shopping cart' button to have the correct price displayed;
• Continue shopping;

3. When your order is complete, click on 'complete order' to continue the ordering process.

4. The next step is to choose:

• Fill in name and address details;
• Log in or register, follow the instructions on the screen;

5. Enter your name and address details and create a password when you register. When you log in as an existing customer, all information has already been filled in for you. If you would like to have the order delivered to a different address, please tick this box below. You can then enter a delivery address. If you choose collection in Makkum at point 6, you must still enter your address details for the invoice.

We advise business customers to first create a business account before placing an order and contact us to take advantage of attractive discounts.

6. When placing an order, you can choose between shipping or picking up in Makkum.

If you want to have heavy items, such as batteries, shipped or if certain products cannot be sent by a regular postal company, we will first contact you to discuss an alternative or adjust the price together. Please note that this may not always be indicated immediately when placing the order.

7. Choose the desired payment method: 'iDEAL', 'Bank transfer' (manual transfer). As a business customer you have the additional option 'invoice*'.

8. Check your order. You can enter any comments in the appropriate field. If all information is correct, click on the 'buy' button after accepting our general terms and conditions.

9. If you have chosen 'iDEAL', you will be redirected to the (secure) payment page. This page will open in a few seconds. Select your bank and follow the instructions until payment is completed.

10. If you have chosen 'bank transfer', you will be redirected to a page with all the necessary information to complete the transfer. You can also find the payment details for transfers in your account.

11. If you have chosen 'collection in Makkum', a screen will appear with the order details. It is advisable to take the order number with you when picking up and to make an appointment in advance, as there is not always someone present or available.

12. If you, as a business customer, have opted for 'invoice', you will pay within fourteen days of receiving our invoice*. You will receive the invoice shortly before or upon delivery of the order.

* All first orders are processed on a proforma basis, after a few orders have gone through we can then look into setting up a credit account (3 orders minimum or after orders more than 6 months in the past).
